• We offer a move in, 4 month, 45 day out and move out inspections. No need to wait 12 months to see the condition of the house.
• We advertise our rentals on GAMLS which syndicates to dozens of national and international websites like Trulia, Zillow, Yahoo.com,Realtor.com, We have 3 local websites (We have 2 of the highest ranking Real estate sites in the area) , NSB Kings Bay's base housing office via AHRN. Your home won't sit long with WOWza on the job.
• You won't pay a dime until we rent your home and the rent starts to roll in.
• Maximum pictures
• We manage and schedule all repairs

Here is some really exciting news that will benefit our owners and military renters.  WOWza Realty has its very own Military Appreciation Program.  Our way of saying thanks. Military members that apply to rent one of our rentals will be required to apply in the normal fashion with referrals and a credit check. However, we will not charge an application fee and they receive a 25% break on the security deposit for the home.  What better way to say thank you to our military families than to help them in a stressful time - moving to a new duty station.

 Rates

Active duty military, Retired military and seniors we will now be charging a flat $65.00 or 8% whichever saves you the most a month. We want you to go to your new station or new home with a little more money in your pocket. Our latest addition to the WOWza Military Appreciation Program and a special thanks to seniors. 

All others are $75 or 8% of rent collected whichever is less. Same great service, more money in your pocket. We don't care if you are in a gated community or dirt county road. We treat your home like its our own. And we love our home.
