Ta-da!!!!  Here we are in front of our office on a beautiful WOWza morning.  How about we start with introducing Jeff McClintock? 

Jeff, Owner, Realtor, ABR, GRI, AWC USN Retired, spent 20 years flying around the globe with the US Navy as a radar operator.  He finally decided it was time to retire and settle into one spot.  He retired as a Chief Petty Officer out of VP-5 in Jacksonville, Florida and settled in Kingsland, Ga.  Jeff obtained his real estate license for Georgia shortly before retiring from the Navy.  He went to work with another company in St. Marys, Ga and there he stayed for almost three years before deciding to strike out on his own.  He opened WOWza Realty in July of 2008 with a firm belief that it is time to do somthing different.  He is the mastermind behind the home seller's program we call WOWzit and many other new and innovating ideas.  He is an outside of the box thinker and loves his carreer choice.

Next we have Tara McClintock, Co-Owner, Realtor, ABR, Property Manager (and more).  Tara spent close to 14 years active duty and 2 years in the reserves as an aircraft mechanic for the P-3C Orion aircraft.  She met Jeff back in 1996 in VP-10 out of Brunswith, Maine and in 1998 married Jeff.  In 2000 they had Robert and moved south to Woodbine, Ga.  Tara went to The Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate and obtained her license in 2003.  She worked with another company for a couple of years and then decided to go work with her church.  After about a year and a half she decided to go back to real estate and learned the fine art of property managment.  In May of 2008 her husband, Jeff, said that he wanted to open his own real estate company and that was all she wrote!  Tara went to work and made Jeff's idea for WOWza Realty a reality.

Most importantly we have Barbara Ann Scott.  Barbara Ann, Broker, Realtor, ABR, spent 4 years in the US Navy as an Electrician.  She married Rob Scott, a radar operator who flew with Jeff, back in 1988 and decided to leave active duty and raise a family.  Following Rob around the globe for 20 years until he retired, they settled in Georgia with their three children.  Barbara Ann is well versed in what it takes to pick up your life and move it over and over again.  It so timed out that Barbara was able to go to real estate school with Tara and recieved her license in 2003 as well.  In 2006 she took that extra step going back to school and recieved her broker's license.  When Jeff decided to open WOWza, Barbara was an obvious choice to bring on board as the broker.

We are like a happy family at WOWza.  Jeff and Barbara have known each other for about 23 years and then Tara entered the picture about 12 years ago.  We love what we do and love working with people.  We all have a similiar belief in quality service and cliente care.  We give back where we can and love it when our clients referr us to thier friends and family letting us know that they trust us.
